As our home was in the upper price range, and we live out of state, she always went into the home prior to a showing to open all the shades, shutters, turn on lights and make sure everything was in order. Katie worked tirelessly during the entire time our house was listed, and three months with the buyers to get the deal done. She is definitely the agent I would recommend to list a home!
