About Katie

Katie studied at Florida State University, where she graduated with a B.A in Commincation.  Katie’s in-depth understanding of the Panama City real estate market is an asset to all of her clients. With a background in marketing and sales, she utilizes her exceptional knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing to maximize exposure for her sellers and provide comprehensive information for her buyers. She employs the latest technological advances and harnesses the power of social media to market and sell her properties.  As the second generation in the business, Katie and her sister Natalie Ryan have added a Property Manamgment Division. 

A core component of their business is giving back to the community; as such, they volunteer countless hours in the community. Katie was named the Bay County Association of Realtors Broker of the Year in 2014. She was also featured in the Panama City Living Magazine for a Realtor’s prospective on Condo Living.

Katie is a member of the Bay County Association of Realtors, Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce and she also holds leadership roles as a Trustee for Gulf Coast State College and the Patronis Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. Katie works tirelessly to provide the highest level of professional and knowledgeable advice to those considering selling or acquiring a luxury home or condominium.
